Good terrorism or bad terrorism, that is the question

A large crowd gathers to lay flowers and candles in front of the Carillon restaurant in Paris on Nov. 15.
On the evening of 13 Nov, a series of coordinated terrorist attacks—consisting of mass shootings, suicide bombings, and hostage-taking—occurred in Paris, and its northern suburb, Saint-Denis.
The attacks killed 129 people and 352 people were admitted to hospital with injuries sustained in the attacks, including 80 described as being critically injured.
Daesh (ISIS), which controls parts of Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon, has claimed responsibility for the terror strikes.
